Great as long as you don't need any customer service
Yes, it's a great looking dollhouse with lots of details that make it stand out amongst the other kidkraft dollhouse options but ... if you receive any pieces that are broken in the packaging you are in for ALOT of frustration. The online form to request parts allows you to complete all the required fields before going to an error screen everytime you submit it. Ok, so you try to call customer service next, but don't be surprised if after a lengthy hold time you receive a message that the person you are calling is unavailable or are just disconnected with no message. If I knew how hard it would be to reach ANYONE at this company I would not have purchased this dollhouse.

Huge, sturdy and lots of fun
First off, this dollhouse is the biggest and nicest we've ever seen! All of my kids are loving it ( twin 4 yr old boy and girl and their 8 yr old sis). They are wild about the furniture and light up/noise making accessories. My son cannot leave the elevator alone so we know it's well made. They have been able to fit lots of dolls and pets in the house. And the house is big enough that all 3 kids can play with it at the same time. Bonus points!! Now the assembly time was more like 3 hours and it was not EZ assembly. My husband had to use pliers to get out screws that broke in the columns for the patio/ balcony. Then use a drill to finally get the screws to hold. Overall I would say this is a dollhouse my kids will love and play with all the time. Thanks Kidkraft!

A great dollhouse!
Overall, we're loving this dollhouse! It's huge, and has so many great features (like the items that light up/make noise) and elevator. My daughter has been playing with it daily since we put it together for her, and allows for so much imagination. Pros - sturdy construction, quality product overall; we love the items that come with the house (furniture, details, etc.); huge (comes up to about my shoulders, and I'm 5'4"). Cons - took a few hours to construct, and I found a few pieces that I had to go back and fix during the process, as I had put them on the wrong way -- user error, but not the greatest instructions included; we broke 3 screws in the process of trying to put the house together, some which broke off and required pliers to get the pieces out. We had some screws at home (ran out of extra) that worked well in their place, so it worked out

Amazing Dollhouse
WOW! Was the first thing I could say when I saw this dollhouse. It is amazingly beautiful!!! It comes with a number of furniture pieces to fill the house too which is GREAT! The rooms are beautifully done and can you say BIG?!? Not sure most 3 years olds will even reach the top floor of this dollhouse. Who ever named this EZ Kraft assembly has never put it together. Some of the screws needed a drill to be drilled in as they were not pre drilled. Wish they would included some extras of all the screw types as I stripped some of them before getting the drill. Why doesn't it come with the right size dolls with the furniture? That would be the icing on the cake! They little girls would be ready to have a blast with their dolls and furniture...

Dream dollhouse
My 5 year old daughter is delighted by the dollhouse, she plays every day and we just love the details! The features are amazing and the quality is great as well. Dollhouse is very big, my daughter can fit her barbies and larger dolls in it. Design is pretty realistic which makes it more fun for her to play! You will have to spend from 2-3 hours to assemble the dollhouse, every item is labeled -this helps to follow with the instructions. Unfortunately the instructions were not yet available at the built app, it would had been very helpful if so!

Great for dolls of all sizes
My four-year-old loves this doll house! It is great for dolls up to Barbie size. Comes with great furniture and accessories. The decor is bright and engaging! We had some challenges with construction but using the app for instructions will probably make that smoother for others. We had a couple issues with the columns for the balcony and patio. The screws broke off inside of them but we contacted the company and they were prompt with their reply, offering to send us new parts. We are waiting for them to arrive but it has not discouraged my daughter from playing with this dollhouse! The doll house is of solid construction. Our rambunctious one-year-old has not been able to knock it over as has been the case with other doll houses. We are big fans of KidKraft! Very happy with this item. It will be loved by our family for a long time!

My girls love it and high quality.
This dollhouse is beautiful, fun and study. My girls love the light that lights up, the stove that sounds and lights, and the elevator. It has been entertaining them for hours and days now. My husband easily put it together with only minor setbacks, like drilling one hole a little deeper for one screw and a mix up of colors on the instructions in another part. It is a beautiful, well, made product!

Big House! Lots of detail!
This house is huge with lots of hand crafted details! Only issue was a missing part but the manufacturer replaced quickly!
