We value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. In the case of a manufacturer error, replacement parts are covered under warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase from the retailer. Delivery within North America usually takes 7 - 10 business days. For the rest of the world, expect delivery in 10 - 14 days.
