Defective Parts
Ordered this desk for our granddaughter for Christmas. Put it together the week before and found that the part that hold the desk top the frame would not lock into place when installed. Called customer service and was assured that all parts would be sent priority to be delivered in time for Christmas. It is January 7th right now and we are still waiting. I finally gave up and used silicone adhesive and glued the desktop on. The desk seems nice, but we will need to think twice before ordering another KidKraft product. It's too bad, we have purchased other products without incident, customer service FAILED.

Our Granddaughter loved it!
We purchased this for our 6 yr old granddaughter. Her daddy has an office and she is always at his desk. the size is perfect for her and doesn't take up a lot of space in her bedroom. the drawers and storage are great and she loved the pegboard... she loves having a space of her own using her desk for art and studying. easy to assemble very durable construction. its just perfect.

Great desk for kids from
Great desk for a child
Great chair that was reasonable to assemble and my daughter liked it. The corner mounts on chair actually started cracking, but it did not result in structural failure. It's possible I tightened too much?

SMELLS SOOOO TOXIC
We got this desk for my 5 year old and it looks perfect but wow does it smell toxic.... I have aired his room out for over a week and it still smells so bad I don't even know what to do. It took about 2 hours to put together so the thought of taking it apart and putting a new one together doesn't work for me. I don't know how to fix this smell issue.
